To Whom it May Concern,

My name is Viorica Cazacu. I am writing to you in regards to Seda Aslanian and her husband Andrei Roganian, who applied to USCIS for the I-90 Form, Green Card’s Renewal. Due to some misunderstanding situations during the Immigration Interview, Seda and her spouse, Andrei ended up by being denied to get the I-90 Form renewed. Therefore, I, Viorica Cazacu am coming forward to provide USCIS with additional information that should assist you in administering the factual adjustment.
I met Seda in 2016 at ICT (Interactive College of Technology) in Atlanta, GA, where I was and still am an ESL (English as Second Language) Instructor. From the very beginning, Seda created the impression of a very responsible student. She was working very hard to acquire every topic taught in my Grammar class. She would always come on time to class, and ask Grammar related questions to ensure she follows the Curriculum standards. She impressed not only me, but other ICT teachers as well with her impressive acquired English results. Furthermore, Seda was not only a good student, she also proved to have a great heart. To illustrate, one night after class, after 10 PM, when I was walking down the street to catch the subway train, Seda and her husband Andrei, offered to give me a lift to the train station. That’s when I was introduced to Seda’s husband – Andrei. I noticed then that Seda and Andrei have a great relationship. They were talking to each other with great respect. I then found out that Andrei was bringing Seda to school and picking her up from school every day. As Seda was a new immigrant in USA, Andrei wanted to ensure that Seda begins the process of assimilating the American culture by learning the language first, accompanying her through this process step by step. Towards the end of the first semester, I learned that Seda was offered a Customer Service position in Las Vegas, in doing alteration that matched her previous long experience from Russia. At that time, Seda and I were developing a friendly relationship. Therefore, when I found out that Seda and Andrei were moving from Atlanta, I was happy for them, but at the same time I was a bit sad by knowing we would not get to see each other as often. As a result when Seda and Andrei moved to Las Vegas, we were staying in touch on social media or by phone.
Recently, on August 29, I visited Seda and Andrei in Las Vegas, at their residency on 4201 S Decatur Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89103. Due to Seda’s work schedule, Andrei had to meet me at the airport by himself. He was already waiting me at the airport when my plane landed. Andrei met me at the baggage claim, and we then went to Seda’s job, at Palazzio where Seda had to work until midnight. I spent five (5) days with them. Seda and Andrei are the greatest hosts you could ever ask for. Every day, Seda with the help of her husband Andrei would impress me with delicious home cooked meals. Also, every visit day Seda and Andrei took me out showing me the city and ensuring I get the most of the experience that Las Vegas had to offer. On my last day, they surprised me with a visit outside of Las Vegas; we went to mountains where I was fascinated by the beautiful sceneries. I also had a blessed time with my friends. They inspired me with their great hearts and showing what a loving relationship should be like.
