• Worked cross-functionally with the Integration and Services teams to onboard our broker partners effectively
• Was responsible for the development of QA and EDI process.
• Worked with huge amounts of PHI – compliant data.
• Held cross-level communications with brokers and health insurance companies on a daily basis.
• Was responsible for communication with Account Managers to make sure employer portals are effectively deployed
• Came up with new process of data validation and data quality check.
• Online tools used: Maxwell Portal, Data Engine, JIRA, Box, Clover, Tradelink, Gmail, GoogleDocs, Drive, Hangouts, Calendar, HipChat, ADP Portal, Office 365
• Software: Bash, Sublime2, Atom, XML Validator, MS Excel v15+, Evernote, Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, Numbers, Grammarly, Skype, FaceTime, Cisco WebEx and other conference tools.

• Had a leading role in the team of 6 interns.
• In term of four months created a complex investment roadmap.
• Presented the project results directly to the CEO and executive board in Houston
• Project required efficient use of MS Project along with MS Office suite, online survey tools, statistical data analysis tools and Google Analytics.
